I have always loved and been involved in some form of sports from playing competition squash, indoor cricket and touch football to gaining my 2nd Dan in Taekwondo.

I now enjoy archery at the Adelaide archery club and swimming 

Since completing the Remedial/Sports Massage Diploma in 2008 I have continued to learn new techniques and skills that will benefit you as a client, including Dry Needling, Muscle Energy Technique, Joint Mobilisation and Hot Stone Massage. With over 18 years of experience and being able to help clients resolve issues such as headaches, shoulder pain, lower back pain or just help you just relax via Swedish massage or hot stone massages. No two peoples reason for coming to a massage therapist are the same and neither should your treatment, each treatment is tailored to the individual client.
