• Vales Remedial only has a male therapist

 

Can I claim against my medical insurance?

• You will be provided with a receipt at the end of your massage and if you have private health and depending on you level of cover you can claim against your provider

 

If I have a headache or cold can I still have my massage?​

• If you are seeing the massage therapist because of headaches then yes you can still attend your massage appointment.

• Colds and Flu like symptoms are best left at home for the benefit of the client and the therapist.

 

Do you offer mobile massage?

• Appointments are only available at the clinic and by appointment only

 

Does Dry Needling cost more?

• If Dry Needling is required as part of the massage session then it is included in the cost 

 

Cancellation Policy​

• When you book an appointment at Vales Remedial, we are holding that time slot for you! If you need to change, alter or move that appointment we will always accommodate when we can. We love to look after you and we want to make it easy for you to come in.

• However, if you need to make any changes, please try to let us know at least 24 hours before your treatment. You will receive a SMS reminder one day prior to your appointment with your appointment date and time.

• Any cancellation or reschedule less than 6 hours prior to treatment may result in a cancellation fee of $50. If you do not show up, and did not notify us to cancel more than once in a calendar year, you will be charged the full fee of your missed appointment.

• We know and understand that sometimes things come up last minute and it can’t be helped but we ask you to understand that "no shows" are not fair to us or other clients that would have loved that appointment time.
